Wednesday, 7 December, Digital Transformation and Hybrid IT: Technological and legal issues

Telecom Systems Sa, Le Mont-sur-Lausanne, Suisse

The “digital transformation”, this expression appeals to all the management committees. It covers a singular reality that upsets the companies, that of an announced mutation that raises fears and questions the company in depth. For the latter, it is time to give meaning to this transformation, as promising as it is feared.
All activities – even those most deeply rooted in reality – are concerned: industry, education, banks, transport, public administrations and many others are or will be impacted and conditioned by this digital change. But this transformation is not only technological and must be approached in a thoughtful way. The legal aspects, the challenges to be met and the pitfalls to be avoided must indeed be taken into consideration and appreciated at the outset of the project.

In partnership with Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) and the BCCC AvocatsSàrl study, we invite you to come and discuss these aspects during our seminar.
